i found the staff attentive to my needs. the hotel provided a shuttle service and it was very convenient. my room included a minibar with a selection of drinks and snacks i especially liked. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made exploring easy.
the elevators experienced slight delays during peak hours, a minor inconvenience.

mixed experience with some notable issues
overcrowded lobby long wait times
the lobby felt very overcrowded. it seemed it was not designed for so many guests. this resulted in long waits, especially for the elevators (i found this very inconvenient). the shared entrance with the mall made access difficult too.

poor drainage room change
The family separation was difficult. my autistic son relies on routine, so the room change to the 18th floor disrupted him badly. he couldn't sleep until 4 am. additionally, the shower in our new room had terrible drainage leading to a bathroom flood. It felt unsafe and unhygienic.
