i booked an executive king room. the views included the margala hills. waking up to that scenery was a highlight. i enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. the complimentary airport pick-up was convenient. the staff were friendly and efficient.
the lobby was very crowded. it was not designed for the guest volume. this caused long wait times for elevators.

overcrowded lobbylong wait times
the lobby felt very overcrowded. it seemed it was not designed for so many guests. this resulted in long waits, especially for the elevators (i found this very inconvenient). the shared entrance with the mall made access difficult too.

poor drainageroom change
The family separation was difficult. my autistic son relies on routine, so the room change to the 18th floor disrupted him badly. he couldn't sleep until 4 am. additionally, the shower in our new room had terrible drainage leading to a bathroom flood. It felt unsafe and unhygienic.
